Production Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in EE
• Three (3) or more years experience in LED product assembly/production lines
• Strong team-work, analytical and hands-on approach
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated; Good work ethics

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible to provide first line supervision for parts assembly/production to ensure production schedules are met. You will work under the supervision of the plant managers or production team leaders to maintain a cost effective, high quality and efficient parts assembly/production system. You will directly report to the plant managers or production team leaders regarding production WIP, moves and turns, and provide analysis and production recovery plan as and when required.
